Radon Gas

I signed up to participate in the Alberta’s Tomorrow Project (ATP) back in 2000, years before my cancer diagnosis.

The tomorrow project is a study tracking the health of 55000  Albertans to try and understand why some people develop cancer and chronic diseases. While they are no longer accepting new participants, you can learn more about their work, on the website at Alberta’s Tomorrow Project.

Over the years I’ve been able to participate in few other study’s being done through ATP. Most recently I have been invited to participate in a new study being conducted by Evict Radon in collaboration with ATP.

Did you know radon gas is the #1 cause of lung cancer in non smokers? Learn more about radon gas here.

This study is being conducted across Canada and you can do your part to help with this study.

Since I’ve  been invited through Alberta’s Tomorrow Project I will be receiving my testing kit for free, but  you can purchase a kit at a discounted price.

By ordering a kit and participating in this study you are helping in cancer research.
